Distinguishing Features: Paranoia, just like all Katagi clan members, has a rather large seal that resembles a bear’s paw on his back. He is abnormally high for his age, around 6’0 feet.
Common Outfit:

Paranoia wears what any normal Taijutsu would wear, flexible clothes. This consists of normal black leather pants. These are made of very small, yet very comfortable, they are made of very sensitive silk, and Paranoia is very agile with these pants on. On both his thighs, Paranoia has inserted certain metal spikes to damage or cut people that try to get close, it is mostly use for a defensive purpose, and the metal spikes are covered by the smooth silk that the rest of his outfit is made of. Paranoia wears a kind of plate chest armor on his entire chest, it covers from his neck go his waist and it also covers his back area. This metal is not very resistant, it only resists some physical attacks and most metal projectiles, however, it is a great conductor of metal, a mere lightning attack could be fatal. Beneath the metal plate of armor, Paranoia has his normal leather silken outfit. He has very well built arms and legs, in other words, Paranoia is pretty buffed. He has very large muscles, both in his arms and feet, thus granting him more resistance while running. Paranoia wears metallic bracelets with a self made design. They are cylinder like bracelet, though the design is rather weird, the cylinder begins rather large and when reaching the higher wrist area it begins to get much smaller. The design had a black layout and golden and silver stripes.

Paranoia also wears a small metal plated helmet. The metal is mithril, thus, being very light, yet very hard. The helmet covers almost the entire top of his head; all the back of it and up until the forehead, but it does not cover the entire face. The metal is a bit black, due to it being used almost always, and being a bit dirty. This metal has almost nothing special about it, except, as said above, that it can penetrate most projectiles being thrown at it. All the armor that Paranoia has, he obtained it in one of his traveling trips to the Iron Country, which specializes in Yorojutsu. He met an Armour Craftsman in the nearby village In the Iron Country. Metals were quite expensive there, so Paranoia had purchased the cheapest and weakest metals.

Paranoia has rather tanned skin, not too dark, not too pale. He usually wears a mediums sized black cape, made of the same leather silk that the rest of his armor is made off. Paranoia has rather very pale eyes; most of the people that only get one look at him would think that he belongs to the Hyuuga Clan, due to their resemblance of pale eyes. Paranoia has medium short black hair, but since he is almost always wearing his battle helmet, no one can hardly see it; though when he does not have his helmet on, Paranoia’s hair is medium sized and it reaches up to his shoulders. It is curly, it is rather sleek and Paranoia hardly combs it.

Personality:

Overview: Paranoia is a very silent person. He is not anti social, psychosocial, nor very social at all. Some people might describe him as a mute, because he never really talks. As a child, he was a complete chatter box, though as he got older, he stopped talking so much. He is described as a shy person, and it is not usual for him to smile. After his parents got murdered in his childhood, he became angry at life and tried to commit suicide various times. Paranoia is one of those people that can be trusted with virtually anything and everything, from a very valuable item, to the most respected secret. He likes an honest approach and he hates liars with a passion; he believes in honesty and honor. Respect is also a very valuable key to him. On the battlefield, he is not shy or scared, though valiant and strong. He is a very quick and strong thinker. He is very fond of Animal Traits and his clan. If Paranoia us underestimated though, this could be the last thing someone does, because Paranoia is very fond of surprises, and do not think he does not have a few surprises of his own. If someone attacks him, he will not hesitate to kill that said person, he is known for his fast reflexes. Do not think of him as a dull and boring person, though his bloody past; Paranoia can be a very nice and sociable person, though this is kind of rare. Paranoia has a soft spot for animals, people think this is a very weird don, but they also think this is why he does not talk much. He likes virtually any and every animal. Once he is befriended, he can be the best friend and comrade you have ever had, but once hated, he will be the animal that sends you straight to hell..

History: The Ikimono Katagi first originated in the hidden forests of Amegakure no Sato. They were a small amount of people, but it consisted of four ancestors, each of them specialized in one trait. Wanizame Katagi, The Shark Man, worked his entire life trying to “become” a shark, though, it was impossible, and when he found out, he merely stopped trying and tried to pick up the traits most Sharks have, and try to apply them into the human body,

Inu Katagi, the Dog Man, worked his entire life trying to become man’s best friend, in other words, a dog, like the previous Wanizame Katagi, he failed epically, but try to apply the traits of a dog, like scouting, into the human body, in other words, becoming an animal, but not too physically.

Tora Katagi, the Puma lover, was obsessed with Puma’s and studied everything about them and their daily habits, he wanted to apply the Puma’s characteristics or traits into the human body, thus, developing the Puma Trait. Hokkyokuguma Katagi, travelled into the depths of the highest and coldest lands to learn everything possible about polar bears, as the previous ancestors, he developed a habit of trying to “become” the polar bear, but failed epically and tried to take as many traits as possible and insert them into the human body. Time moved on, ages passed and the current clan members have made many modifications thru jutsus and bloodlines and have nearly perfected the Katagi Bloodline..

Pre-Academy Arc:

Paranoia was born in a small forest in the Outskirts of Aoigakure no Sato. He lived with his fellow clan members in the Outskirts, though they had various contact with the small village. There, he was trained by his fellow Clan members and family the Art of the Animal. At the small age of 6, Paranoia had no idea what he was doing, basically. He was sealed by the clean leader at the age of 7, this seal was to protect the clan’s secret traits and this also granted the user to begin using the special traits of the Ikimono Katagi Clan. This ritual is performed with the 5 ancestors of the Ikimono Katagi clan and it is performed in holy land, which is in a cemetery were most of the dead clan members are buried. A huge paper sealed is kind of “tattooed” into the user’s back, and the ancestors concentrate their Fuuinjutsu chakra into the users back and when a few hours pass, the seal is removed. After the seal was placed in his back, when he was of age, his parents had enrolled him in the fellow Aoigakure Academy, to develop his brain in the art of the Ninja.

Academy Student Arc:

Paranoia was enrolled in the Ninja Academy In Aoigakure. There, he was taught the usual Basic Ninja Technique and was taught about the Ninja World, all that nonsense. Paranoia had a problem though; the seal that was placed upon him at birth negated any kind of Ninjutsu or Genjutsu usage, which complicated things for him. He had to come up with a system to try and pass the academy without using Ninjutsu. This is when Paranoia began to train Taijutsu and Kenjutsu. Taijutsu was basically martial arts; it did not really need chakra, but Paranoia COULD use chakra, just not in Ninjutsu. He developed a series of styles and techniques at the small age of 12, and has mastered most of them. When the Academy Test came, he was ready for it. He was asked to perform the techniques that he had had to learn in the Academy, but then explained to the teachers that his clan negated any kind of Ninjutsu Usage. Before they failed him, Paranoia showed them all the practice he had with his sword and with Taijutsu, all this was learned while others practiced the normal Ninjutsu. The Teachers passed him and allowed him to be an actual Genin of Aoigakure no Sato.

Genin Arc:

Paranoia was promoted to Genin at the small age of 13. Since the village is kind of unpopulated, he was not yet assigned a Ninja Squad to perform missions in, though several other Ninja’s that were Genin also passed the Academy Exam, thus being a Genin with them. He continued practicing his self made techniques and was looking forward to being a Genin and sparring his fellow comrades. Paranoia always thought of himself as kind of a pushover, since the other Genin could master Ninjutsu with such ease that Paranoia couldn’t, this is why he always tries to better himself and his Taijutsu.

Role-Playing Demonstration:

The cool night air hit Kan’s face. It was a cloudless night, with about fifty degrees Fahrenheit. Kan was standing at the top of the Hokage’s mountain. He had his very heavy looking armour on, but to make him look professional, he wore his Hokage Robe. He had his very large, Kin, sword strapped to his back. Kan had just finished polishing it. A lot of things were buzzing in his mind, like there were thousands of rabid bees inside his head. He scratched the top of his head. Where to begin, where to begin…, he kept repeating inside his head.

Mere days had passed since he had been promoted to the rank of Hokage, the highest honor of Konohagakure no Sato. He had to begin organizing meetings with other Kage’s, he had to get the ANBU Black Ops moving, as far as he knew, and they were very, very low on members. The main thing they needed was the ANBU Black Ops, the village defenses’ were low, and they had to be prepared for virtually anything, weather it is a minor threat or a major threat. Kan began to rub his temples lightly; another idea had popped into his mind.

Not only did he need ANBU, he needed Jounin as well! As important as ANBU were, they are mostly always out of the village in missions, and ANBU were not a dime a dozen, if they were killed in missions, they were hard to replace. The ANBU Job sure isn’t a popular one.., Kan thought as he leaned on the face of the first Hokage. The Jounin were needed the most, there were vast amount of Genin and little Jounin, who else would be the leader of a 3 man Genin Team?

And who else would finish missions that were below B Rank? He had an idea, he had to make teams. The first he needed done was the promotion of Chuunins to Jounin, so that would increase the small amount of Jounin they currently had. And for the sake of the village, they needed missions done, Konoha’s funds are low.., Kan thought as he paced up and down the mountain. As he walked, he began to think about international problems. Konoha was one of the strongest country in the ninja world, but alliances were also needed. Maybe I should talk to the Mizukage of the Mist soon…, Kan thought as he was preparing to leave.

He knew it, an idea popped into his head. He had to go back to the office; he had to go back to the office now. He began to walk down the building that was right next to the Hokage Mountain. Yes.., he thought; this is the perfect idea . He began to sprint towards the administration building. He began to pant a bit. As soon as he got there, his secretary was working on some paperwork. “Kiko, would you mind taking a glass of water up to my office?” He asked his assistant as he walked to his office.

The Administration Building was huge, the first day Kan was appointed Hokage, he got lost!. He reached his office and opened the door. His office was very large. Unlike any Hokage, Kan was a very neat person; all his files of Konoha Ninja were safely hidden in a drawer, on the right side of his desk. Kan had also cut the Bingo Book pages out and stuck them to the wall, so he could keep track of all the current known Missing Ninja and Akatsuki Member. Another idea flashed through his mind, the Kurotsuki!

I should contact Saruno soon, his organization is basically our only means of protection so far…, Kan thought. There was a knock on his office door, a gentle knock. “ Come in.” He said with an equal gentle tone. It was Kiko with his glass of water. “I need a favor, gather everyone working here in the administration and tell them to make one hundred copies of this piece of paper” Kan said to Kiko, as he scribbled something down.

To all Konohagakure no Sato Ninja:
EMERGENCY MEETING!!!!!! ALL JOUNIN AND GENIN RANKED SHINOBI COME TO THE TRAINING GROUNDS ASAP

Kan finished writing this and gave it to Kiko. She sprinted out of the office and heard her call everyone inside the building. Kan removed a very small scroll from his pouch and opened it. He slit his finger with a kunai so a small amount of blodd would come out.

“Summoning Jutsu – Ice Trackers!!”

About one hundred small phoenixes began to form in mid air. They were making small chirping noises. Kan had not used too much chakra, since he only needed them for a small amount of time. “Right, I need you all to carry these letters that Kiko is about to bring me, and take them to all the residence of all Jounin and Genin Ninja, this is an emergency” He said to the birds, they all chirped some more.

Suddenly, Kiko barged into the office. She was holding a huge stack of papers. Kan couldn’t see her face thanks to the papers. Kan let out a slow, soundless sigh.

“I have your papers, Hokage-sama!” Kiko said to Kan, out of breath.

“Just leave them on the ground, the phoenixes will get them” Kan said to Kiko, as she dropped them on the ground.

Kan opened the window and all of the phoenixes flew out of the Hokage Office, carrying all of the papers. Kan jumped out of the window and landed on a nearby building. He began to sprint towards the training grounds as fast as he could. The Ice Trackers were very fast, and in a few minutes timed, the training grounds would be packed with people. He positioned himself on a nearby tree and sat down. He tipped his hat sideways as he let out a low sigh. He was very nervous, this was his first public speech since he had been promoted to the rank of Hokage…

My first thoughts are...
... a 7'5" 13 year old?
And please remove the 15% speed boost, as he most likely hasn't had "years of training in taijutsu" as a genin, and gets simular buffs from his KKG that dont need to be stacked. lol

And how I transform and stuff is explained and approved by Z.

I can't just go off deactivating and activing traits, I must first activate one (the mental traits are my drawback) and when I want to activate another, I need to deactivate the current one and wait a couple of posts before activating another one.

I understand how it works, but I'd like to see the transformations require chakra. There are a couple of other issues, too (such as, you say your speed triples to 75% in one - triple speed would be 300%, not 75). I know you forsake Ninjutsu to be able to do this, but you can just choose other factions to specialize in, so this is not as great a drawback as it seems.

To be clear, I don't have any problem with transforming just with doing it without using chakra. I think your transformations should be formatted as jutsu and require a certain rank of chakra to perform.

I disagree with Z's choice to approve this as it is. However, as we both hold the same position on the staff, I'll take this to the admin and see what can be done.

Yeah, I get that - but you said in your description...

This is just what I was looking for, thank you. Could you please add in detail that explains it actually costs chakra to do? 'Cause the explanation kinda implies it doesn't. But yeah, that's almost spot on, good job.
