When you see Eikichi you could immediately see that he is a troublemaker. Not only because of his nature of being aggressive but also because of his way of dressing and other things. His hairstyle is similar to a Mohawk. The hair on each side of the head is cut to a minimum and the rest is painted in yellow. The hair is rather spiky especially on the back of the head. Another thing that most of people think he is a bad guy is his glowing red eyes. He doesn't know why are they like that but they just are and they can actually be seen in dark which for him isn't a good thing if he is trying to sneak but it will scare the opponent because he won't know what kind of thing has red eyes. Also he has one of the most menacing laughter and grin mostly because of his teeth which are all sharp. His teeth weren't always like that, he was once beaten by some punks while he was still a kid and they sharpened his teeth. The pain was unbearable but lets leave that for the story.

The way he dresses is the same. A black shirt without sleeves and with V shaped collar which is showing his muscles make him even more menacing to other people. Although his shirt doesn't have sleeves he does have some kind of long gloves which are a replacement for the sleeves. The pants are short with few little chains attacked to the pockets. He has two pouches with nothing but gums. Most people wonder why does he use pouches for gums, and why so many gums? Well that's because he can control gum and that's why he carries a lot of gums and you can always see him chewing one. It's a rare sight to see him not having one in his mouth so you could say he is an addict of gums by now. The footwear is like every other ninja has. A pair of sandals with few straps which are tied tightly on his feet so they don't fall of when he is fighting.

The last thing about his look is how he is built. He is rather slim but muscular. Although he doesn't have muscles so he could use taijutsu. He only has them to look more cool. But he didn't get them easily. He had to train hardly and thus making him stronger in a way. He is a bit stronger in hand-to-hand combat than a ninja who isn't specialized in taijutsu and he would barely win the fight if it was just hand combat but against a taijutsu fighter he would be completely beaten up. However he can resist a lot of damage on his body due of him being beaten up by stronger kids every day and he got used to it but a good pummelling would knock him out. He isn't really tall but he isn't short either. Eikichi is 1.70 meter tall and weights around 60 kilos.

Overview:
You could describe Eikichi in many ways but the one used constantly used is troublemaker. He is a guy that can't control his emotions very well and he will get angry by a slightest insult. However he always tries not to attack first but if he gets insulted more and more he will snap and there is no way for anybody to be left untouched. He will smash anything on sight with his fists, a pipe, a cat, stone, just anything that he can get hold of and eventually making a big mess and than being chased by many people which he than runs away as fast as possible. When he is not in fighting mood than he is in show off mood and that's going around the village while smoking a cigar and flirting with girls. Some girls actually find him attractive and cool because when he was younger he was a leader of a village gang made out of troublemakers just like him but he was the one who exceeded them all and that's why he was the leader. He started smoking at young age and when he reached 15 he had a style of how to smoke. The cigar must be lighten up in 2 seconds, if not you can just leave the cigar. While smoking blow the smoke from your nose that will make you look even more cool, but don't do it always, do it when the time is right. And there are more rules he made but they are not really important.

While being a trouble maker he is also a pervert. He usually hangs in the market place hidden near stairs and looking at girls panties if they have skirts. If not he just looks at their but or breast. Although he won't look at really young girls since they are not developed enough. Only 17 and more. But with peeking there is trouble. Often people see him peeking and they always call somebody that will give him a good pummelling. However it doesn't end up good to the person who wants to beat him up because Eikichi will kick his ass before he can do anything, as long if it isn't a taijutsu expert. Than he will usually run away as fast as he can.

Eikichi is a type of guy who will say that he isn't afraid of anything and that he can do anything he wants. Even though it will look impossible to some people he will do it because he is too stubborn to give up. The same goes with fights. There is no word such as giving up or running away from a fight in his vocabulary, except when he is in village and caught while he is peeping under skirts.

The members have an incredible jaw flexibility. They can open their mouth far more than a normal person could do.
Kekkei Genkai:
The Kekkei Genkai of the Hari clan is gum manipulation. They can manipulate various sorts of gums and use the gum for various purpose like a bungee rope, make various figures, weapons ect. Each member has few packs with gums and each pack has different taste and some have poison in it but the clan members are immune to it. Another thing that each member has it's a suit made completely out of gum. Since it's made of gum the members can manipulate it too use various jutsus and it's also immune to lightning jutsus of C rank while other more powerful lightning jutsus will have less effect (If the jutsu is B rank than it will have the power of a C rank). The suit is also used to summon specific gum summons. However the suit is gained when the member reaches chunnin level. Another trait of this clan is that they can open their mouth more than a normal person, which means, they can put more food (in their case gum) in their mouth without any problem, which, for a normal person, would be impossible to do because their jaw would crack.

History:
The Hari clan wasn't a clan to begin with. They were a family that had a farm of trees with which they later produced chewing gums. They have been just normal farmers. Nobody was a ninja and so they had no knowledge about jutsus. But one day a strange man from an unknown country has arrived at their place and asked if he could stay for few days to rest. he even offered himself to help in their work. Since they were a friendly family they accepted the offer. He stayed at their place for few week and when it was time to go, in return he gave them a mysterious seed. He said it's the seed of the Black Tupelo. A tree that doesn't grow in this country but this place was a perfect place to make it start growing. He also said that it produces the fines gum in the whole world. The family couldn't wait to plant the seed and wait till it grows. Of course it took years for it to grow. But in the process strange things started to happen. The whole family was starting to obtain some weird ability. That ability was gum manipulation. They went in a ninja village to see what is happening to them and before they knew they were enrolled to the academy. Although only the youngest of the Hari family was enrolled while the older went back to their gum farm. Each day the youngest members would teach the older ones how to control their new ability and soon they became the Hari clan.

Now they have been existing over 1000 of years and they made their own ninjutsu, special suits and summons. However they are not really know around the world but they have made a fortune out of the gum farm and that's also the place where the Black Tupelo is located. It's the tree of which they somehow got their ability and made suit out of it. And even if they made suits for 100 of years now the tree is still intact.

Glowing red eyes - He doesn't know why are they like that but it makes him more menacing. The eyes however do not grant him any special power but they give him a disadvantage in dark because they glow in dark.

High resistance to pain - Because of his constant fights against other gangs he was usually beaten up and almost getting killed by it and year by year his resistance to pain grew much bigger and now he can resist a lot of punches

Sharp teeth - Since some punks sharpened his teeth while he was a kid, his bites will hurt more and they can pierce through skin easily leaving deep teeth mark.

Mouth flexibility - Since he is a Hari he can open his mouth far more than a normal person could do and since his teeth are sharp he could chop a big amount of flesh from somebodies arm.

Description: Kinobori no Waza, the art of tree climbing serves a dual purpose. Taking part in Kinobori Shugyou (Tree Climbing Training) helps a ninja learn how to focus their chakra. It also teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing. So by gaining the art of this skill, the ninja will have any jutsu available (theoretically) because they will be able to focus their chakra as needed.

The user will chew a gum and than make a ball out of it while putting wind chakra in it. The ball is slightly smaller than a normal football but it gets bigger for each rank. After that the user can leave it to float in the air or launch it towards an opponent. Small weapons such as senbon can be hidden inside so when making this jutsu the user will have more gums in his mouth and than make senbons that will be inside the bomb. Mostly there are around 5 to 10 gum senbons in the bomb. The must activate the bombs to explode. The user can make 2 bombs with 1 gum max. The power and size of the bomb varies for each rank

C rank - Will launch the opponent 5 meters back. The Senbon won't deal big damage. Slightly smaller than a football

B rank - Will launch the opponent 10 meters back. The Senbon will almost penetrate the opponent. Big as a normal football.

A rank - Will launch the opponent 15 meters back. The Senbon will go deep inside the opponent probably damaging some organs. Slightly bigger than a football.

S rank - Will launch the opponent 30 meters back. The Senbon will pierce through the opponent and damaging some organs. Can kill if hits the heart. 1/2 time bigger than a football.

Description: This gum has a special ingredient that is usually used in pills for sleeping however it has been modified so that it's a stronger (which means the opponent will fall asleep faster) and it doesn't affect the clan members. To put an opponent to sleep with this gum the user will first chew the gum and than make Gum Prison jutsu which will trap the opponent and than the ingredient will start to affect inside the prison. After 2 posts the opponent will fall asleep.

Childhood
Even before he was born his life was destined to be miserable. His mother was an alcoholic, drug addict and she was selling her body so she could drink more and take drugs. But one day she found out she was pregnant. She couldn't understand how she got pregnant. She used protection every time. But it was too late to question it because she was pregnant now. Her life changed drastically. She didn't know how to earn money without selling her body because nobody wanted a pregnant women and so she almost decided to abort her baby. But a man came to her one day and told her no to abort the baby inside. He took her to his house and decided that he will take care of her. However the man wasn't as good as she though he was. The man was too an alcoholic and whenever he would come home drunk he would beat her. However since she was pregnant she couldn't leave him because he was the one that takes care of her and feeds her. They eventualy married even though she didn't want to but she was forced to because when the baby is born she won't have money to feed him. And so after 6 months Eikichi was born, on a rainy day in a dirty house surrounded by bottles of alcohol and drugs. This house wasn't a place for a kid to grow up and if anybody had found that out they would take Eikichi from them which would be a good thing. But instead they kept quiet about him. They didn't even raise him properly. He was usually wandering around the village in dirty closet and being avoided by most of the people. And most of the time he was hungry so he had to steal food to keep himself alive. He would be caught sometimes and would get beaten up pretty badly. And it wasn't enough that he was beaten up in town, his father too would kick him when he got home drunk. Eikichi didn't just hate him, he detested him, he couldn't look at the man without getting angry and so he would usually be in the village and sleep outside. However he didn't hate his mother, but he was actually ashamed by her. Everybody calling her names (You know what it is. Starts with W----) which he couldn't listen without getting sad. He sometimes tried to make her stop but she was hopeless and she couldn't live a day without taking some kind of drugs. And so by the age of 7 he already experienced the worst possible hell.

But the thing that made his life happier was a gang named Onibaku. The gang was formed by kids and teenagers which had similar experience like his. There were 15 kids in the gang and they were feared in the village and even ninjas couldn't do a thing to them. Even if they were punks they were rather smart and they knew how to deal with somebody. He joined the gang and eventually they became his family. They were all like brothers and sisters. Some older and some younger. The young ones were stealing money and food from shops to feed the part of the gang while the older ones were doing dirty jobs for some criminals and they would get paid really good the feed the rest and still save some money. The older members would also end up in gang fights and sometimes the younger ones would get involved but the older ones would protect them with all their might. However they didn't know that they have been watched by few village ninjas and they decided to enrol the whole gang in the academy. But it would take time before the whole village council would agree on it. They agreed because the everybody would sacrifice their own life to protect somebodies else and they would be a good military force if they get to high ranks. Eikichi was 13 when they all got invited to the academy. Of course everybody joined it because they would get money and a free room with nice beds. That was their dream come true and so they all went to the academy and started their training to become ninjas.


Academy years

In academy every kid knew who they were and so they didn't hang out with them, they usually just avoided them. Some were respected but not because they were good but because of feared them. On of those who was feared was Eikichi. He was one of the elites by now in the gang and he had to pick a nickname. The nicknames of the gang was usualy their last name and adding "of the Onibaku". However Eikichi didn't know what was his last name so he made his own. And so he became Onizuka of the Onibaku. He was only 13 and he was already very resistant pain so nobody in the academy could beat him with punches. There were so kids in the academy who had their own gang and they fought against the Onibaku but they would lose completely even if they were train more as ninjas. That's because the members of the Onibaku dealt with other ninjas before and even stronger than academy kids so they knew very well how a ninja thinks. On tests however they were a disaster. Only few were intelligent enough to pass the tests and since they are family they helped each other and gave them answers. Sometimes they would get caught and the teacher would yell at them but they didn't listen at all. He said that they will regret it on the final test. And they did. just a week before the final test the teacher said that most of them will be separated. And all the smart ones from the group were separated from those who didn't know anything. Eikichi was one of the stupid ones. They all didn't know what to do but Eikichi decided that he will learn everything they were though in the academy. However that seemed impossible to other members. But that's why Eikichi was special. He could do anything that to other people seems impossible. And so he started to learn but it didn't go as good as he though it would. He had help from a teacher that gave him some tests which weren't the real thing. And each time he did it he got 0 points which was awful for him. Day by day he had 0 points. There were times where he got a bit more like 5 or 6 but it wasn't enough to pass. he was learning the whole day and night without sleeping. And the day came. The time to do the test. He was desperate because he didn't know anything. Or that was what he though. When he got the test he automatically started to write on every question and he was 100% sure that the answer was right. He completed in in just a matter of minutes. The teacher couldn't believe it. He checked the test immediately and the result was.... 50 out of 50 points. Eikichi couldn't believe it, not even the teacher. He was amazed to see that a kid that never listened to the academy passed the test with all answers right. Later that day he found out that even his other friends passed it and they all became genins.

Genin Arc
When they all became they didn't get their teams immediately. They had almost 2 months to train a bit more until they enter in a team. By that time Ekichi was doing dirty jobs for criminals with the older gang members and earned himself more money. Even though they got paid well by the village they just couldn't stop doing their other job which kept them alive. So day by day passed while they were earning money and they were doing it more easily then before because now they were officially ninjas. By that time Eikichi also discovered he had a weird ability to control gum and so he sleeked help by some jounins. When they heard what kind of ability it was they all knew which clan was it. Eikichi was a member of the Hari clan, the clan that controls gum. They took him to the clan HQ and that was the place he learned few gum controlling techniques. But he couldn't leave his gang just for that and so whenever there was a fight he was in it. But there was one time they got beat up and they picked Eikichi and sharpened his teeth. They did it for pure fun but the pain Eikichi felt wasn't funny at all. When they were finished with him they left him in a corner all beaten up. But than he stood up all angry and used his gum control to finish them off. After that Eikichi was selected as the leader of the Onibaku gang.

Kuro just sighed at his sensei’s answer. It was obvious that that was a kunai but Kuro didn’t ask for that. Maybe he expressed himself wrong and it seems that the sensei needs more details when asking him something. “I mean, where did you get the blood on it?” It was a little bit weird because the sensei wasn’t a person that would stab an animal or a person for no reason. He is a bit weird because he changes his mood really quick. One second he is happy and than he is suddenly serious or angry, sad, just anything. And than as Kuro suspected Kumori had a serious face. But this time for a reason. He said that it will happen to Kuro. What will happen to him? What is happening that Kuros life will be in danger? Than Kumori said to him that he was being spied by somebody. And than Kumoris face started to change expressions. Kuro got used to it so he just ignored it. Than he figured out that the blood may be from that man that was spying him. But why does Kumori show blood around the village. Somebody will notice it and he can get in trouble with that. Kumori started to giggle like he always does and said that he went for a walk to stay away from all of that.

Kuro gave Kumori a confused look and didn't say anything “He killed a man, and went out for a walk to get away from all of that…. I knew that he was weird but this really weird…” But even though Kuro was thinking that he has a huge respect for his sensei. It may not look like one but he is an extremely skilled man and really smart. But Kuro still didn’t saw his true strength. He wanted to see how strong Kumori is and also Kuro wanted to know how much stronger he got. Kumori asked him if he wanted to spar with him. Well he didn’t ask him exactly like that. Kumori asked him if he wanted to do some body conditioning but it’s the same. Kuro smiled tough Kumori was slightly impatient and he asked him the same question over and over again. Kuro gave him a strange look and said “Sure sensei. But where?” Kuro looked at sensei and it seems that he spaced out. Kumori was spinning his kunai and the blood on it started to flick everywhere and it fell all over Kumoris clothing.

Hmm, okay the only things I'm curious about is under 'elements' it says 'Gum'. Please remove that. Assuming everything else is according to your approved clan, it should be okay.

Well my clan controls gum so the element is Gum. And it's a normal element...

Haha manipulation of gum and a new element are two different things... kinda like how Konan manipulates paper, it isn't because of a paper element. Don't worry, it's all exclusive to your clan, but it isn't an element...

On that note if you wouldn't mind replacing 'gum' with 'N/A' in the given jutsu, I would appreciate it.

Ok but my clan has been already approved with Gum as element in jutsus...

And it will be adjusted as necessary, but I honestly can't see too many people making a character with gum powers, haha...
