Overview: Admiral Aokiji is a sleepy, somewhat lazy fellow, evidenced by the "sleep mask" he constantly wears over his eyes. He has a lazy, relaxed attitude most of the time, be it in simple flirting or in deadly confrontation. He is so lazy that he can't even bring himself to work simple. As the result of his nature, he appears fearless, without a care in the world and sometimes even childish. This infuriates many and several question whether he really the leader of Amegakure. However, despite his dispositions, he is always thinking and considering. Before becoming leader, he was always a loyal attribute to Amegakure; even if he does as he pleases, always carries out his orders, within his own ideals of right and wrong, even at times disobeying certain details that he considered harsh or inhuman.
On the field of battle, his lazy attitude translates into a cool and calm disposition. He is never panicked or threatened and thus can focus on what is 'important'. His cool is only ever broken in situations where someone has done the 'unforgivable'; usually involving the unnecessary loss of human life. His calm attitude is borderline taunting for those who find themselves unable to even damage him in battle.
Otherwise, he is in many ways just anther 'guy'. He almost bluntly flirts with people, and since becoming leader of Amegakure, has made a point to try and dress more professional as to appear important.
Dislikes: Rash, Harsh, Arrogant, or otherwise radical things or people.
Philosophy:
Aokiji is based almost completely on his idea of Lazy Justice. He believes that everyones morals are different and will change depending on the situation in which they exist. He thus pardons peoples actions and is surprisingly understanding and patient. However, those whose morals impede his own way of justice and that of the law, are judged and handled appropriately. Thus, he has his own ideals of right and wrong, and won't bother to step into a situation unless you step into his ideas of wrong. Incidentally, his morals also reflect the laws of the system he is under. In Amegakure, he 'makes the rules', but if in another country, he makes a point to follow their rules, and expects others to do the same; to the point that he will enforce the rules if necessary.

The members of this clan have adapted their ability to create, control and manipulate Ice into a form of battle. Most commonly, Ice will be formed via the moisture of the atmosphere itself and like any other element, conjured seemingly instantaneous. As one can imagine this will quickly dry the environment around to combatant if performed repeatedly. The area around the users thus becomes a factor in the battle; if the battle field is wet and humid, they will most likely have an advantage, if the area is arid and dry, then their techniques will be much less effective. However, there is another ability that the Kuzan Clan has seemingly evolved, and that is there unique 'freezing chakra'. Their normal chakra has properties that drain the energy from object when in contact and thus cool them rapidly. Many techniques spawn form this ability to mold freezing chakra with the Ice element. Freezing chakra by itself also has the interesting ability to freeze opponents chakra. In this process, the opponents normal chakra will become 'frozen chakra' and thus un-useable to them until the effect wears off. One could theoretically lock up the opponents chakra by 'freezing' it all. Even an opponent with all of their chakra will be useless if all of their chakra has been rendered 'frozen'. Of course with anything frozen, it will eventually thaw. This rate of thawing depends on the power of the technique used along with the element of the opponent. Naturally, those with fire affinity will be somewhat more resistant to this sort of technique. As a final addition to their abilities, they also seem to lack the ability to be frozen themselves, and can withstand incredibly cold environments and conditions for long periods of time. However, because these shinobi are purists of their art, they will only ever be able to use Ice element techniques (and of course tech lacking an element). There is a secret, and forbidden technique that seemingly hybridizes the user into a being that is half human and half ice, in a literal sense. It is considered 'S' ranked, and is considerably powerful in the right conditions.

History:The Kuzan clan is one of the many to come into existence in the far north of Yukigakure territory. Many branches of Ice using shinobi have come to exist because of the sheer abundance of snow and ice to use as a medium. This is the result of natural selection and evolution; those with water and wind affinities have a natural edge and over generations, those that have come to survive in the harsh climate make up the population of the climate. However, the Kuzan are considered an upper tier clan of Ice because of their more unique qualities. The first man to call himself the leader of the Clan went by the name Aokiji. He was not the first to master the use of Ice in the clan, but was the first to obtain a level that he was seemingly 'one' with the ice. His powers were so incredible that he could seemingly lose a limb and another would generate out of ice as if it had never been lost. But instead of taking and using this power to his advantage, he user it to establish the clan. After death via old age, it was thought that the incredible power he had was lost to the ages, but it had been scrolled and documented, there was simply no one powerful enough to obtain it. The Kuzan continued to stockpile and document new abilities and techniques and attempted to work as independently of the hidden village as possible. In modern times, the struggle for survival has become the race for technology. Many individuals have seemingly abandoned the abilities of the Kuzan to pursuit other goals, and the independence from Yukigakure has slipped and slowly integrated.

Special Characteristics: Battle Insomnia: Aokiji isn't effected by techniques that change mood or induce sleep. This special ability known as 'Battle Insomnia' is a result of many different aspects that weave into a useful 'trait'. First of all, Aokiji is naturally lazy. So much so that he could fall asleep standing up if he wanted to, however, that same focus and consistency remains in all aspects of his life. Just as he could fall asleep anywhere, he can oddly also stay awake anywhere. Also, because his attitude is so consistent, his mood cannot be manipulated through illusion or suggestion because extremes of any particular emotion with the exception of his Nindo are completely foreign to him. The final sting that brings it together is experience. Being 38 years old and lived through multiple wars, POW prisons and countless missions, his experience only fortifies this trait.

History:


Pre-Academy Arc: Born into the Kuzan clan, the young Bovice was brought up in the harsh conditions of north Yukigakure. Here, tribal and cultural traditions were still important to society, and he was thus submersed into such a world. However, Yukigakure itself has multiple expansion in technology, and where the two worlds met, was the medium in which Bovice would grow up in. It isn't positive whether having exposure to both ends of the anthropological spectrum had any effect on the boy, but he had a certain aspiration to become a shinobi. No one in his immediate family was a shinobi, infact, they were all carpenters, with the exception of his mother who was what we consider to be a stay at home mom. With a stable living environment he only really had his uncle to look up to as inspiration for his goal of becoming a shinobi, but being so young, the idea of living life as a 'ninja' was nothing more then a dream of any other child; the result of a youthful and active imagination. Bovice was a bit different though. Even though he could usually always be seen with a smile on his face, he was never an energetic sort of kid; the difference between Bovice and other children, is that he learned from what he was told. If you tell a child that a stove is hot, the child will burn their finger to experience it first hand. Bovice decided to skip that step, and just not touch the stove. This was a result of survival, because in harsh conditions, one can't always touch the theoretical stove; sometimes touching that stove can be deadly... metaphorically speaking.

Academy Student Arc: Bovice enrolled early. He was only eight when he jumped head first into the Academy. His birthday was on the edge, where he would either be considered a year younger or older, and could thus get away with saying he was old enough though even he was at least one year off in any case. But, dispite his age difference, he was still just as big as any of the other boys and fit in. The learning curve was nothing for him, infact, he to graduated in the usual two years, being only 10; the age that most enter the Academy. When those around him found out that he was so young and could perform the basic 'E' ranked ninjutsu, he was praised highly for his achievement. It was't necessarily this that provoked him to study further, but with the ability to use basic ninjutsu, he felt it would be a waste not to continue into the years of a genin.

Genin Arc: Bovice came to find that the standards for Amegakure-nin were pretty low. The majority of the shinobi he encountered were also considered genin, and at this point he already had begun learning from the scrolls of his clansmen. It was simple, because the clansmen thankfully documented each and every technique that they had ever made into a cache of scrolls; like some sort of move library. They were all very detailed, and thus with the proper practice easy to learn from. Also, because the standard was so low, he didn't necessarily have to do to much. As a genin he had little actual experience in battle and even less on the field of work, but continued training himself. It was made even easier thanks to the fact that he was surrounded by the medium in which he worked with. The rain that blanketed the region for the most part of the year made using, practicing and learning jutsu easy. When the time for the chunnin exams came, held in the Hidden Waterfall village, he more then excelled thanks to the abundance of water in the area. He was also surprised to see how easy it was for him to perform techniques while it was so difficult for others, and once again he was praised for his mastery. Though he was only 12 years old, he was given title of chunnin. Though, he blames this on the poor standards of Amegakure.

Chunnin Arc: It turned out that becoming a chunnin gave him even less to do. It was almost as if he were over qualified and yet too young to hold any real position of leadership in the country. So he continued his own work, growing more frustrated with the poor condition of the world around him. He had set a high bar and high expectations, and though he met his own criteria, it seemed as if everything around him seemed to slow down. His family was the same, but yet different. They had a different attitude around him, praising him as some sort of genius though he only did what was natural to him. Over the course of two years, he developed something of a complex in which he distanced himself from attachment to things. He also developed his own sense of justice that he began applying to his life. If he was to be an individual in the world, how could he possibly stay pinned under the thumb of an inadequate system? Though he was only 14 years of age, it was then that he decided to run away from home in search of his own path. He had been searching for his own way of life for far too long; since he originally decided to become a shinobi, and it would be a shame for him to abandon the years of his life to succumb to idolism within the walls of Amegakure. This was about the same time period as the Third Great Shinobi War. Little did anyone at the time know, but Amegakure itself was profiting from this war; selling arms and technologies in a branched blackmarket that extended to each of the countries involved. In doing so, they were not only profiting for the time being, but were also planting the seeds of technology that would allow further profit after the war was over. However, it was about this time in history that our protagonist took leave from being a shinobi and left Amegakure. He did so legally, sending information of his whereabouts periodically as to not fall under the status of 'missing-nin' while away.

Rouge Arc: Back then, he also had a very different look. He traveled through Konoha solo, keeping to the north, and even running into many respective enemies of both sides. This was his first actual experience with war, and though for many this may be traumatizing, he didn't much hesitate to practice his own sense of justice on the battlefield, when it came to himself. Otherwise he completely ignored these skirmishes. He eventually found himself in Southern Kumogakure, which had been busy building it's military force as well, for unknown reasons. It would turn out, historically, that Kumogakure was curious as to the result of the war, should Konoha have been attacked, Kumogakure would both, step in to help, and step in to claim fallen territory, however with Konoha remaining strong, Kumo's militaristic pounce was all but in vain. However, some officials did happen to stumble across the now 15 year old Bovice, and took him into custody. Of course, he didn't struggle, because he felt that if he was infact breaking some sort of law, that he be detained.

He was questioned to a point. It soon became clear that he wasn't going to say anything out of protocol, but it was also clear that he didn't know anything too relevant to the war. He was further questioned as to his actions in Kumogakure, in which he could only answer he was going for a stroll. They knew nothing of his ability, but locked him away for security reasons while they sent note to Amegakure questioning the origin of the shinobi. The leader of Amegakure at the time, Hanzo, had just been killed, however, and the city begin to decay under the endless rain. It would be two years in jail until he would eventually get out, but not by any law of justice...

Prisoner Arc: Bovice was considered a 'Prisoner of War', though neither the country he was from, nor the country he was at was currently at war. His lazy disposition, along with the fact that he had nothing better to do, basically led him to nothing. In his mind, he had a place to sleep, a place to train, and something to eat. Though, any training he did had to be in secret. The prison itself was in disrepair. It was seemingly a pit full of cells; a bowl even. No watchmen, guards, etc., just cells, caverns and whatever individuals they deemed criminalistic enough to toss into the whole. For the weak, it was more or less a death sentence. Many attempts to escape were devised and carried out daily, however none could climb the bowl like structure and then ascend to the daylight above without first being pushed back down; either by the centuries that stood in their way, or the 'S' ranked Warden, who was said to have power comparable to a Kage, and a potent user of poisons. On rare occasions, someone would ascend down on the only elevator, and snatch up a specific name to be freed; if that person was still alive. And even then, if they couldn't find the person, they were simply considered dead, and left in the hole to rot. Even then, their were many big names in what they called 'the hole'. Because of the otherall freedom, a hierarchy of sorts was formed, and individuals knew who was 'strong'. Soon after being placed into 'the hole' Bovice had an encounter with one of these 'strong' individuals. When attacked for not showing the proper respect, Bovice defended himself lazily, freezing and shattering the right arm of the individual. In anger, and promising revenge, the man feld; but Bovice had already made a name of himself.

There were many encounters to follow, where Bovice, exploring the vast labyrinth of 'the hole' would run into one of the individuals that may or may not want to teach him a lesson. After stories of countless individuals being defeated, but not killed by Bovice, he caught attention of a certain individual by the name of Sakazuki. Eventually the two met, in which Sakazuki was going to make an example of Bovice. Bovice was surprised to find that Sakazuki was incredibly powerful; a tsukigakure native wielding magma element abilities. When he questions Sakazuki on why he is still in jail and hasn't escaped, Sakazuki responds that the jail is more his home then the outside world, and that within the whole, his absolute justice can reign. In the battle between Ice and Magma, however, a large part of the prison is broken, revealing many new potential exits. This causes a riot among the prisoners, and they charge outward in every direction in an attempt to escape. Many Kumogakure-nin along with the Warden and guards are quick to the scene, recapturing and killing many who attempt to flee. Meanwhile, in the confusion, Sakazuki and Bovice continue their battle, which eventually leads outside. Upon coming to the conclusion that it was the best time to flee, Sakazuki retreats into the confusion. Bovice, decides that, though he wasn't formally released, it would be far too bothersome to attempt to lawfully get out of the prison, and simply walks away from the place.

Samurai Arc: Only three days later, Bovice is seen complaining that he misses the food, which though wasn't very good, was also predictable and easy to obtain. He uses the 'hide in plain site' method, by just acting casual while many deployed shinobi of Kumogakure scatter about in search for convicts. It seems to work until one individual of note stops and questions him. Bovice is bluntly honest in answering his questions and the man that stopped him instantly draws a blade and confronts him. Bovice, complaining about fighting on an empty stomach, once again finds himself defending himself, but can't take his opponent lightly because of his ability to seemingly cancel out many of his jutsu. Suddenly the battle stops all at once and the two settle down into conversation. The man was apparently testing Bovice after watching some of the battle with Sakazuki. He explains that Sakazuki was a war general of Tsukigakure whose ambitions of justice turned corrupt when he tried to enforce it on the rest of the world. The two men continue talking and he eventually introduces himself as 'Milhawk', a great Samurai swordsmen who was also trapped underground in the jail. Mihawk thanks Bovice for the distraction, but says that he was only staying in the jail to make sure that Sakazuki didn't get out. The two form a temporary team in which Bovice agrees to help Milhawk hunt Sakazuki down if he teaches him formal Kenjutsu.

Over the course of three weeks, the two travel, stopping only to eat and for the occasional crash course in Kenjutsu. Bovice, who doesn't own a blade, simply uses ice in the formation of a sword, which breaks often due to his inability to channel it around a physical medium. Milhawk states that while he is a natural at fighting with a blade, he will never be able to best other Kenjutsu, if his sword wouldn't hold up to his skill. The two eventually run into Sakazuki again on the Earth Country and Wind Country border, along the jagged sandy rocks that lead into the desert. Sakazuki is surprised that they have found him but claims to have no plans of fighting them. Sakazuki attempts to flee and Milhawk takes off after him. Bovice finds, however, that his ability to use Ice is greatly hindered in the desert, but follows after them. Eventually, Milhawk pins Sakazuki down, keeping him from using his techniques, but rendering Milhawk motionless. Bovice, unable to use ice, must fight hand to hand, in which Bovice admittedly takes more damage then he ever has in one battle. Milhawk, while holding his technique, tosses his blade blade to Bovice and tells him to use it. Bovice is surprised at the weight of the blade, having only used Ice up to that point. Sakazuki takes advantage of his slow attatck speed, kicking away the blade just as Milhawks technique breaks. Sakazuki then targets the un-armed Milhawk, engulfing him in a tornado of lava and then petrifying him in stone. He then superheats the blade of Milhawks black sword, and breaks it, before once more fleeing.

This is the first shattering loss for Bovice. Instead of continuing further into the desert, he picks up the hilt of Milhawk's sword and returns home to Amegakure in hopes of having it repaired. The 17 year old Bovice re-instated himself as a shinobi of the Rain and went looking for the materials in which to repair the blade. More disappointment followed him when he was told the material the blade was made of was only found in volcanic rock, and thus unaccessible. However, in some improvission, he makes the best of the situation by applying his ice ability to the blade itself, repairing the blade with ice while wielding the hilt. He found that he could better channel chakra through the hilt itself and maintain an actual blade, along with many different variations. With this and a bout of confidence, he went out with the consent of the village to find the missing-nin and fugitive, Sakazuki.

Sakazuki Arc:
Long story short, he finds Sakazuki taking shelter in Tsukigakure. Tsukigakure-nin are also looking for him. After a short scuffle between Tsuki-nin and Ame-nin, they turn their attention to Sakazuki. Only Bovice can fight him because of the contrasting abilties and elements and in spite of himself, Bovice must slay Sakazuki to defeat him, using the Ice Saber he created from the hilt of Milhawk's blade. He soon after freezes hit body sold as a form of burial. Upon returning to Amegakure, the 18 year old Bovice was promoted to Jounin.

Jounin Arc:
During this time, Pain is killed, Amegakure falls under militaristic rule in which the hidden village takes over most economic structure forming the first national government not led by royals or Diaymo, but by generals. Because of his considerable power, and past experience, Bovice was made one of the three Generals that were in charge; he was known from then on as 'Aokiji' and continued to introduce himself by that name for then on.

Leader/General Arc:
Ten years of civil war took place, aimed toward the hidden village, however the villages military might was more then enough to crush any resistance and solidify Amegakure's rule over Rain Country as a hole. This style continued to the present where the demon scrolls appeared. At this point, he was the last General of the militaristic rule. Elders had been re-established to help manage the village, while Aokiji remained the leader of the hidden village (almost by something of a mistake), the established government became his authority, though even they aren't aware of the demon scrolls... *to be continued!*

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu [Substitution Technique]

Description: This jutsu lets the user quickly switch places with another nearby object, such as a plant (normally a section of a log), an animal, or even another person within reach, leaving the opponent open to a counter-attack. Explosive tags can be attached to the replacement for an added surprise. Fundamentally, all ninja know this technique.

Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]

Description: This jutsu allows the user to assume the appearance of another person, animal, or object. This is one of the basic jutsu taught at the Konoha Ninja Academy. Fundamentally, all ninja know this jutsu. The transformation jutsu is considered to be among the more difficult E-ranked techniques, since it requires constant emission of chakra while mentally maintaining the form. On top of that, the user would be, most likely, interacting with the environment. This puts much mental strain on the inexperienced ninja.

Description: This technique creates intangible copies of the user. The clones are simply illusions and will dissipate when they come into contact with something. The illusions can be seen through by the Byakugan and the Sharingan. A person with normal eyes can also distinguish the clones from the original, since the clones will not disrupt the area around themselves with their movement (won't kick up dust, crush grass, etc.).

Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

Description: This technique targets existing ice. The surface of the ice will be made incredibly dry so that anything it touches will stick to it. Feet, hands, objects, etc., can become stuck to a body of ice as a result. Also, if the body comes in contact with this dry ice, it will produce a friction like burning sensation. If the user targets ice that exists on the opponents body, they can cause the opponent extreme discomfort and pain as a result.

Description: This is a situational technique that uses the Ice element. If the opponent is at any time standing on ice, this technique can be used. One can also use this technique alternitivly to hold ones self to the ground, to prevent recoil or getting blown back by an incoming attack.

Description: This technique takes advantage of the users own unique Freezing chakra as a defense against invading chakras on the chaka system. The freezing chakra, once activated, would 'freeze' the invading chakra and prevent any further effects that it may have. In the case of genjutsu, one will still technically be under the influence of the genjutsu, but any effects that work on the senses would halt due to the invading chakra being frozen.

Description: This is on the most basic level two techniques used for one purpose. The user will use the 'Ice ball' technique and then use the 'ice formation' technique for form the 'ice ball' into another shape. For example, a shuriken or kunai. When thrown, they will have the same effects as if they were the same 'ice ball' technique, just in a different shape for convenience.

Description: The user will take their hand and press it to the ground, all out once letting out a surge of chakra that freezes the ground infront of the user for about 15meters long and 20meters wide (in the area of a cone). This ice is about three inches think and will trap anything along the ground in the ice, in which only brute force can free them.

Description: This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns. This technique presses freezing chakra into the heel of the foot in a compacted form so that as they move, the ground bellow their feet freezes. In this way, the user can seemingly slip or glide along the ground. Done proficiently, one can increase their speed by reducing friction, however not good for fleeing or running away, because it leaves the ice trail behind.

Description: This is a technique that uses the Ice element. The user will inhale deeply before breathing out. As they do so, the moisture in the breathe is released outward like a thin fog and is quickly mixed into the air. The moisture is frozen into small ice particles that drift about like dust in the air, attatching to anything it should happen to settle upon. The fog like 'Diamond dust' can cover up to 10 meters radius and is seen as either a thin fog or a shimmer in the light. The air will settle with in 3 posts of use, or unless cleared via another technique, however, for as long as it frozen dust remains in the air, it can be used as a medium for ice technique, and anything the ice settles upon can also be used in this way.

Description: This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns. This technique uses the power of the freezing chakra using ice as a medium. One can extend their chakra along existing ice via physical contact. As a result, all things in contact with the ice will begin to freeze at a crawling rate. Once used, for as long as the user is in contact with the targeted ice, it will continued to expand outward and envelope anything it is in contact with. This freezing process can cover up to 3meters of length in a post.

Description: A powerful technique used to change the entire battlefield into the favor of the Ice user. The individual will summon upon large amounts of chakra, shaping it as necessary before releasing it outward in a shock-wave that covers up to 50meters radius, all standing moisture will freeze over, trees, rock, the ground and other objects that lack chakra or internal heat will become covered in ice and frost, enough to cause branches to weight heavy. This will of course drop the temperature, however the ice created will sustain itself unless otherwise acted upon. Much less effective in Arid conditions or hot climates.

Description: This is a very interesting variation of technique using the properties of the unique freezing chakra of the Kuzan clan. This technique uses the chakra like a leech of sorts, targeting existing ice on the opponent. When the opponent uses chakra, the freezing chakra will freeze a portion of the chakra and cause the ice on the opponent to expand on the opponents body. The more chakra the opponent attempts to use, the more quickly the ice will envelope them. This not only harms their mobility, but also halves the potential of their techniques, as the other half is used to generate ice. The effect can be canceled with some sort of chakra disrupting technique such as a kai.

Description: This is a very interesting variation of technique using the properties of the unique freezing chakra of the Kuzan clan. The user will gather ice and freezing chakra into their palm and shoot it into the sky much like an 'Ice beam' technique, targeting an existing cloud of body of moisture in the air. When striking, the cloud itself will be force to condense and precipitate. The rain generated from this technique is super cooled, as in, it is colder then freezeing temperature without turning to ice, thus, upon hitting a solid object, the water will freeze on contract. The strength of the technique thus depends completely on the environment, if no clouds exist, then the attack is useless, though if the area is billowing with clouds, it can cover complete areas in ice.

Description: This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns. This technique uses the Kuzan clan's unique chakra. Their 'freezing' chakra will be extended to one part of the body; usually hands, feet, etc., At that point, anything that the user touches with that part of their body will rapidly freeze over. If they touch the object or area for an extended period of time, the it ill continue to freeze outward. Unlike an Ice element technique, this doesn't manipulate the ice created, only freezes them as per the effect of the Kuzan clan chakra.

Description: This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns. This technique uses the Kuzan clan's unique chakra. Their 'freezing' chakra will be extended to one part of the body; usually hands, feet, etc., At that point, by touching anything with chakra, they can effectively 'freeze' a part of the opponent chakra to prevent its use. The amount of chakra that can be frozen depends on the rank of the shinobi.

These percentages are stackable, so successive blows can render an opponents chakra system completely frozen for a time. The chakra will however, eventually thaw out. Under normal conditions this will take 2posts time. If the opponent's affinity is water, it will take 3 posts, if the opponent's affinity is fire, it will take 1 post. When used in conjuncture with the 'Touch of the dead' technique, one can cripple the opponent both spiritually and physically.

In most cases, with one use, a thin layer of ice can be made to cover the ground for up to a 20meter radius, though it has no offensive capabilities.

Description: The technique uses the Kuzan clan's unique chakra along with the Ice element attribute they are born with. The user will in most cases bring their hands to a surface and release a surge of chakra against it. Outward, a bushel of spike like crystals of ice will burst forth, impaling those who are unfortunate enough to be within range. Spikes generated in this way form in a maximum of about 5 feet in height, and normally outward from the user. The delay is usually enough that a knowledgeable opponent can avoid it, but those rushing or charging it at high speeds may find themselves with too momentum to stop in time. The 'Ice Bramble' can be used anywhere that Ice is connecting, so it isn't always limited to directly infront of the user.

In most situations, the ice wall can protect against physical attacks and techniques from earth, wind and water element attacks. Most 'C' ranked physical attacks will be halted; however chakra charged techniques and those based on some form of energy will barrel through this sort of wall. The Ice Wall technique can also be used in mid air without the ground if there is enough moisture in the area to do so and can be used anywhere that Ice is connecting, so it isn't always limited to directly in front of the user.

In most situations, the ice miror wall can protect against spiritual/chakra attacks and techniques from energy based attacks including lightning and fire. Most 'C' ranked physical attacks will be halted; however physical techniques will shatter through this sort of wall. The Ice Mirror Wall technique can also be used in mid air without the ground if there is enough moisture in the area to do so and can be used anywhere that Ice is connecting, so it isn't always limited to directly in front of the user.

Description: This technique uses the Ice element attribute that the Kuzan clan is born with. The user will inhale deeply, compressing air into the lung and then exhale a frost like smoke that extends for about 15meters in a cone like formation. All things caught in this breathe of frozen air will be rapidly frozen over as a result. The frost like smoke exhaled will exist for a single post after the technique is used, and will continue to freeze object that are unfortunate enough to fall into this area during that period of time.

Element: Ice[Hyoton]
Description: This technique uses the Ice element attribute that the Kuzan clan is born with. The user can effectively and without hand sign create objects forged from ice into their hands. The most basic of which are kunai, shuriken and a katana; each of which match the density and strength of the standard issue equipment. However, though that is the basic use, one can also create copies of object that they see. However, these objects must be small (about the size of a Katana or smaller), and for the replication to be accurate, the user most likely must study the object, at least close enough to observe details. The more one knows about the object, the more accurately they can copy it, thus things like density and weight may be harder to accomplish.

Description: The user will form a sphere of Ice element chakra (no larger then the average snowball), using the freezing chakra affinity of the Kuzan clan as a medium. They will then throw, lob, launch, etc., this sphere at any given target. Once the sphere hits an object it the freezing chakra along with the ice affinity will begin to freeze the object at a crawling rate for two posts time, freezing that area solid. A disruption of chakra can prevent the gradual spread of the ice from the technique, however the part of the body that was originally hit would be frozen upon impact.

Description: This technique uses the Ice element attribute that the Kuzan clan is born with to manipulate existing Ice. By targeting existing Ice, one can cause the ice to expand and grow slowly over the object or surface. This can cause otherwise minor contact with ice to become substantial freezes. Once used, the ice will continue to envelope the object for two posts time. A chakra using target can dispel the effect with Kai or some other sort of chakra disruption technique.

Anything this beam should come in contact with will ultimately be frozen over as a result.

Description: The user will use their own unique chakra along with the ice element to coat themselves in a thin layer of Ice. This ice is made incredibly durable when chakra is applied along with the freezing nature of the chakra. The armor is fluent and doesn't hinder the movement of the user. The user will then be immune to most 'C' ranked physical attacks, and be able to take a single 'B' ranked physical attack without damage. Any physical attack B ranked and higher will break the Ice armor.

Element: Ice[Hyoton]
Description: This is a technique used mainly as a counter or defense, but can also be used as a distraction, decoy, etc., After the 'Ice Armor' is used, the user can opt to at any point, seemingly slip out of the armor, leaving the shell of the ice behind in their likeness. Used in battle, it is possible to perform this maneuver at the moment one is hit with an attack, in which case the armor will take the blow while the user escapes. Like the original armor, the shell left behind can bare the blow for a single 'B' ranked attack, and will even stand up against 'C' ranked attacks, however, any greater than a 'B' ranked attack will most likely break through the shell without stopping the attack completely.

Description: This technique is considered the expansion of the 'Ice ball' technique. The user will form a sphere of freezing/Ice chakra comparable to the size of basketball, usually made to hover above/in the palm. The user will then launch this ball as a projectile toward a give target. When the sphere meets a solid object, it will burst into a shockwave of freezing chakra, freezing everything within a 5meter radius of where the sphere landed.

Description: This technique requires considerable shaping ability along with the manipulation of the ice element. Considered the expansion of the 'Ice formation' technique, one can, at 'B' rank, create objects, statues, etc., from either from existing ice, or from ones own chakra. In the case of small objects, one doesn't require hand signs, however, once the scale becomes larger then three feet in size, hand signs are required to correctly create anything from Ice. The larger the objects created/manipulated, the more chakra required, however, kunai, shuriken, etc., can be made almost instantly.

Element: Ice[Hyoton]
Description: This is the shadow clone equivalent using the Ice element as a medium. The user will form the needed hand signs before summoning forth a clone of Ice. Only one Ice clone can exist at a time, but the clone is solid and fully functional. It can use ice techniques of 'B' rank and down, and can even take a few hits depending on the severity of the attacks used against it. The Ice Clone will be considered defeated when someone has beat it down to the point of immobility/neutralization.

Description: This technique is an expansion of both the 'Ice wall' and 'Ice Mirror wall' techniques. It will essentially allow the user to use either defensive technique as if they were one rank greater in power, increasing their defensive potential along with the potential size of the defensive technique. One can either use this technique to fortify an existing defensive Ice technique, or can use the enhanced defensive technique immediately, in which case the user will simply state "Great" infront of the technique. for example, "Great Ice Wall" or "Great Ice Mirror Wall"

Description: This technique is a powerful defensive Ice technique that can create any number of shapes of thick Ice to intercept an attack. It has the potency of both the 'Ice wall' and 'Ice mirror wall' in that it can defend against any sort of attack, not restricted to any particular genre. This can also be used to block off or trap an opponent in a variation known as 'Ice Cage' or as a system of walls to disorient the opponent known as 'Ice Labyrinth', however no matter the name or use, they are still all types of Ice Barriers. In the most pure form, this technique can create a wall of Ice up to 40 feet tall, 60feet wide and nearly 10feet thick, serving as an excellent defense. Oddly enough, it is also good for building temporary shelters if need be.

Element: Ice[Hyoton]
Description: This is an incredibly potent Ice technique comparable to a small natural disaster. The user will form ice element chakra along with the freezing nature of their chakra before releasing it outward, either in a set direction as a wide projectile, or outward as a burst or shockwave. In the first form, known as 'Ice pulse' the user will funnel the ice chakra into a wide area blast that shoots outward like a cone for about 40meters, reaching a maximum width of about 30meters. The second form, which is the actual 'Ice Age' will end up releasing a shockwave of ice/freezing chakra that will freeze everything within a 25meter radius of the user. There is a rare third variant, in which the user will freeze a single object/thing/person etc., solid at an instant known as 'Flash Freeze' by touching them after focusing their chakra in this way.

Description: This technique creates an aura of the users freezing chakra that extends for about 10feet from the user. While active, anything that the user touches will become freeze over almost instantly, and objects within the aura for extended periods of time will begin to freeze as well, especially moist ones. Two posts time within the area of the aura will be enough for any normal object to begin to ice over.

Name: Ice Transformation

Type: Ninjutsu - Supplementary
Element: Ice[Hyoton]
Description: This technique is considered the jewel of the Kuzan Clan. The user must sacrifice 50% of their chakra to use this technique. Upon mastering the Ice Transformation, one will seemingly become one with Ice; their body composed of Ice, and thus lacking a solid physical presence. The user can take any sort of physical damage without threat; even if they are cut, hit, smashed, broken etc., They will be able to regenerate from ice. Any ice technique 'B' rank and down no longer requires the use of hand signs to perform and require very little chakra.In addition, the user automatically gains the power of 'Ice Aura'.

The user will become immune to 'C' ranked and down techniques. However, with all the buffs and increases to their ability, they also gain a considerable weakness to fire. If at any point the user it hit with a fire based technique, 'B' rank or above, they will be reduced to their normal form. At that point, any damage that hasn't been regenerated from become permanent damage. This can, in some situations, be fatal. They can also take damage from chakra based techniques, or techniques that specifically target ones ability to use chakra (for example, if hit with a Hyuuga attack, the effects on chakra will be the same) However, unless canceled out manually or via some unforeseen ability, one can remain in this form for up to 5 posts time.

Ice Transformation Tech


Name: Ice Regeneration
Rank: S

Element: Ice [Hyoton]
Description: The main technique that makes the 'Ice Transformation' so powerful. The user can, being made of Ice, use their chakra to 'heal' any physical wound simply by reforming the damaged area of the body. One can even be shattered into thousands of mere Ice shards and be able to regenerate in what is otherwise a miracle. This technique isn't one that requires hand signs and is rather reflexive in that the user can do it simply by recognizing the need to do so. This would be impossible without the 'Ice Transformation Technique' and can only be done while it is active.

The amount of chakra for each regeneration depends on the amount of damage. For flesh wounds, minor breaks the body and small removals it will cost as little as 2.5% of ones chakra, larger "mortal" wounds, or up to entire limbs, which cost up to 5%, and otherwise large reconstruction that can include the entire body or majority section of it, ranging from 7.5-10% of ones chakra. Coupled with the 50% cost of using the 'Ice Transformation' one can quickly run out of chakra if abusing the ability.

Description: This is a supplementary technique that comes into action when 'Ice Transformation' is made. One gains the ability to make any technique that involves Ice or freezing a technique that freezes solid. In otherwords, it will freeze more then just the surface of any object, but also many inches deeper. In the case of humans, not just the skin will be frozen, but the flesh, muscle, and possibly bone, in which case more damage can result from breaking the frozen region. Any areas that are 'frozen solid' are also considered to be neutralized in that they cannot move unless thawed somehow.

Description: The Ultimate in Ice based attacks. The user can effectively expand and enhance the 'Ice Aura' technique to cover an area half a mile in Diameter. Once used, the user will be reverted back to their normal state.

Description: This isn't necessarily a an offensive attack as much as it is a defensive attack. With this focused, two handed attack, one will swing vertically and part incoming focused projectiles with the blade. It is possible to cut entire kunai and shuriken in half. Any projectile that is the result of a ninjutsu, such as an elemental attack, it would part the attack into to seperate blasts that move away from the user at a 45 degree angle in either way, protecting them from ever getting hit. The rank of the technique is equal to the rank of the technique it is being used against.

In this way it is possible to completely switch the momentum and send it back at the opponent. reflected in this way. Description: The user will swing their sword toward opponent. Upon doing so, they will freeze the air directly at the tip of the blade with the same momentum of the swing itself. The result is a deadly blade of ice, shaped in the crescent of the swing that is sent outward at the opponent in a linear path; easily slicing through most solid objects.

Name: Ice Missile

Element: Ice [Hyoton]
Description: The user will point the blade toward an opponent or target. They will then force the ice blade to shoot forward, leaving the hilt completely. Because of the off nature of this attack, it is exclusives to the 'Hilt of Mihawk'. The blade then shoots outward in a linear pattern, stabbing into whatever should get in its path. They can then regenerate the blade itself out of Ice as usual.

Name: Ice Avalanche

Element: Ice [Hyoton]
Description: The user will usually swing their blade vertically while supercharging the blade. This is considered the blade equivalent to 'Ice Age' in that the user will summon a large avalanche of ice that bursts forth from the blade itself. The Avalanche will span about 30meters wide at maximum and drive forward for about 50meters, crashing, crushing and flattening anything in its way like a landslide of ice. Made even more effective if used on a hill or downward slope.

Physical Description: Similar in size and shape to an explosive tag with different sealing inscriptions.
Natural Abilities: N/A
Powered Abilities: Like an explosive tag would be placed on an object and released to explode, the Ice tag can be placed upon an released to cause it to freeze over. While this isn't an instant process, the freezing is rapid,
History: Ice Tags were used in the same sense as explosive tags for those in the north, specifically the Trafalgar clan. In many cases they were used as supports and bonds for the many structures and buildings that were, out of convenience, carved from ice. Before leaving Yukigakure, Gauge made a point to leave the structure of the seal so that he could manually (with ink and paper) create them himself and use his freezing chakra as the energy source.

Name: Hilt of Mihawk
Quantity: Single
Rank: S
Physical Description: It is a black hilt, lacking a blade. The hilt is striped horizontally with black and red clothe.
Natural Abilities: N/A
Powered Abilities: Can be 'completed' as a blade when Aokiji channels ice along the hilt to form a blade of ice. The blade of ice is substantial in that it acts like a normal blade and will not break under normal pressure. Considered 'E' ranked while just a Hilt, however when completed, becomes 'S' ranked.
History: As seen in the history, The 'Hilt of Mihawk' was once the blade of the individual named "Milhawk" who Aokiji fought alongside. The blade itself was forged by a man who could manipulate Magma from Tsukigakure and thus forged it from volcanic rock. Milhawk fell in battle and his blade was destroyed. As a memento, Aokiji salvaged the hilt and now commonly uses it as a blade in battle with the help of his ice abilities.

***Rokushiki Techniques!***



Technique Summary: The Rokushiki techniques are the six techniques that were developed and honed as necessary for all Amegakure-nin. Their are six techniques in all, and a seventh that can only be used once the other six are mastered. On top of that, the original six techniques can be combined for new techniques and innovations, along with combined with ones own abilities, affinities etc., for more interesting powers. It is not, however, considered a style, as each technique must be learned individually. They are originally samurai techniques, used to incorporate punches, kicks and other simply yet deadly techniques into sword fighting. The Rokushiki is the collection of techniques that are not only the hardest to master, but also the most useful among samurai techniques. Passed on from Milhawk, to Aokiji, who began teaching it to his subordinates.

Of course, the power of the Rankyaku depends on the strength of the user. Basically makes a kick ranged by charging it with chakra. This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns.

Description: The Finger Gun is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at very high speed while charged with chakra. Upon striking they can very easily puncture flesh leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound. This can turn ones finger into a deadly weapon. This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns.

Description: 'Soru' allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in straight lines in order to flee as well as to attack at higher speeds. It is considered the samurai equivalent to the 'Body Flicker' technique. The only difference is that the Soru requires hand signs, but can be used as many times as the user needs. The user will perform the three handsigns needed, then gain a 15% boost of speed for as long as their forward momentum remains. The moment they change direction or some to a stop the technique is ended.

Description: The Iron Mass technique seemingly hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. This is done by pumping chakra through the muscles to create a temporary chakra armor. One can target a specific muscle group or do so on their entire body to cut physical damage in half. However, unless one has 'Kenjutsu' or 'Taijutsu' as a specialty, they cannot move while using the 'Iron Mass' technique. This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns.

Description: The Six King Gun is the secret and ultimate attack of the Rokushiki style. One must have mastered the first six 'Rokushiki' techniques in order to gain access to the 'Rokuougan'.

The user places both his/her fists right in front of the target and launches a devastating chakra charged shock wave of kenetic energy both repelling the opponent and causing massive internal injuries. It may also have damaging effect on the user from recoil, especially upon repeated uses. It also leaves the user physically tired, causing panting and loss of breathe even among the most fit of shinobi. A solid hit can cripple an opponent greatly from the amount of damage, an a critical hit can easily lead to an individuals death. Because of the nature of the technique, the shockwave can penetrate any defensive technique bellow 'S' ranked.

Description: This is a version of the Storm Leg technique that incorporates the ice element into its use. Upon impact with a solid surface, along with the concussive force, the kick like shockwave projectile will have moderate freezing effects; usually freezing over the surface.

Name: Rankyaku Skii

Type: Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu
Element: Ice[Hyoton]
Description: The user will first use their ice ability to seemingly freeze a pair of bladed ice skates (made of ice) on the bottom of their shoes. Then, using either the Geppou or Soru techniques, the user will propel themselves along the ground with Ice element chakra, freezing the ground under their feet as the blades touch. These blades, while made of ice are hard enough to be used as normal katana and will cut flesh. Any 'Rankyaku' or 'Hyoton: Rankyaku' used while the 'Rankyaku Skii' technique is active will result in a bladed shock wave (much like the flying guillotine technique) that will slice upon impact instead of do concussive damage.

Description: A combination of Geppou and Soru, where the user uses Soru in a zigzag motion in midair, allowing extremely fast movement in 3 dimensions, both in air, on the ground and in water if need be. Can however be strenuous on the user's body and chakra system if used multiple times or for long periods of time.

Name: Tekkai "Utsugi" - Iron Mass: "Empty Tree"

Description: This form of Tekkai is used entirely as a counter, where the purpose isn't to absorb damage from the attack, but to transfer the shock of the attack back to the attacker, which can lead to broken bones in a normal human body. Used to counter physical attacks, but only effective in situations where the opponent will take more damage then the user.

Name: Tekkai "Gou" - Iron Mass: "Strength"

Description: Visually, the move differs from the ordinary Tekkai in that the user visually tenses his body even further while standing still; the ordinary Tekkai could be activated seamlessly. The users body will then be able to stand more impact, acting as a buffer while retaining its iron solid strength, all through the enhancement of chakra. In this way, one can take reduce the damage of both physical and chakra based techniques by 50%, however must remain completely still in doing so. Usually only used when dodging isn't an option. This technique can be performed without the need for handsigns.

Name: Tekkai "Hagne" - Iron Mass: "Steel"

However, to maintain the technique requires 'B' ranked amount of chakra per turn. Also, they will be unable to use any techniques over 'B' rank.

Name: Onri Reido Rokushiki: Zero Gun
Rank: S
Type: Kenjutsu/Ninjutsu
Element: Ice [Hyoton]
Description: This is a version of the Rokushiki that infuses the Ice element chakra to create a shockwave of ice chakra that can penetrate though solid objects, freezing them solid as the chakra passes through them. It can even pass through 'S' ranked defenses(with the exception of Raiton and Katon), making dodging or evading the only viable option of survival. The range is equivalent to the normal Rokushiki.

In the case of genjutsu, one will still technically be under the influence of the genjutsu, but any effects that work on the senses would halt due to the invading chakra being frozen.

- Wouldn't stopping the gens effects on the senses stop the gen? I may be wrong, I'm no gen artist.

Description: This is a technique that uses the Ice element. The user will inhale deeply before breathing out. As they do so, the moisture in the breathe is released outward like a thin fog and is quickly mixed into the air. The moisture is frozen into small ice particles that drift about like dust in the air, attatching to anything it should happen to settle upon. The fog like 'Diamond dust' can cover up to 10 meters radius and is seen as either a thin fog or a shimmer in the light. The air will settle with in 3 posts of use, or unless cleared via another technique, however, for as long as it frozen dust remains in the air, it can be used as a medium for ice technique, and anything the ice settles upon can also be used in this way.

- Why not use the word frost? For awesome factor I'm guessing, lol.

Description: This is a technique that uses the Freezing chakra of the on an area as a 'AOE' effect change. The user will form the needed hand signs before releasing a pulse of freezing chakra. The chakra itself will freeze a percentage of anyone chakra (except those in the Kuzan clan) in the area. It will also decrease the temperature of the area effected by about 20 degrees Fahrenheit. In this way, fire techniques and their variants will be weakened, while ice techniques will become more potent. Can be used repeatedly to restrict the opponent further and give the user more advantage over the area.

- I think an exact percentage would be helpful here, or post period, something to that extent Razz

Description: The main technique that makes the 'Ice Transformation' so powerful. The user can, being made of Ice, use their chakra to 'heal' any physical wound simply by reforming the damaged area of the body. One can even be shattered into thousands of mere Ice shards and be able to regenerate in what is otherwise a miracle. This technique isn't one that requires hand signs and is rather reflexive in that the user can do it simply by recognizing the need to do so. This would be impossible without the 'Ice Transformation Technique'.

-You need to add some sort of flaw or sometihng of the sort, because the way I read it, it makes you invincible =P

-Char was made prior to the SC Guide so I never got around to elaborating... doing so.

-Clench and Constrict aren't ninjutsu or kenjutsu now that I think about it... So im removing them.

-I like the idea behind Stifle, but I do understand how that is iffy. I'll change it up a bit.

-Haha, Diamond Dust is an actual term that is used to describe the natural phenomenon! I'm just using it in the form of an attack lol.

-I dont like Frostbite anymore... I just wanted an attack with that name. Im removing it for now.

Might wanna run through your app for typos, I've seen a few. I'm not really the guy to be checking out the personality and looks and history and whatnot, I check jutsu, so that's what i'm gonna do...

Touch of the Dead:
After contact, how much of the contacted area is frozen? How long does this last? Is an exterior frost only or does it work on the inside of the body as well? Add a clause about the chest area if it effects internally.

Chakra Freeze:
Iffy concept, but i'll bite, as long as I have one question answered, is that x% for the WHOLE chakra system or just the chakra flow in the touched part of the body? Also, you'll have to exclude the chest area from this technique, you would cripple the whole system, but due to the immense body heat held their and the powerful flow, it wouldn't work.

Shoyoukken:
Does the circle stop when it hits an object that interferes with it or does it keep going, if so, how far and how many objects? If the circle is broken, would the effect still function?

Tundra Awakening:
How thin of ice are we talking about here, would it halt the use of Doton techniques due to its thickness? I assume the ice spreads out from a central point, the user correct? The technique doesn't state where it originates from.

Ice Bramble:
Each spike is 5ft or the whole group? How many of these brambles are created with a single use of the jutsu? Can you use chakra to increase the amount, if so, how much?

Ice Wall:
I tried to measure out that wall in my mind, ended up using some tools, 4in thick seems like a bit much for a C Rank technique. How long does the wall last and does it take more chakra for every post or does it have a duration? On a side note, that much moisture will rarely exist in the air unless a Suiton technique is presently active that's using the air, that's a sh*t load of hydrogen lol.

Breathe of the Ice Giant:
How fast does it freeze and how long does this freeze last? Other similar details should also be included such as internal or external freezing.

Ice Formation:
Seems more D-C Rank to me, D for objects with no combat ability, C for objects that do have combat abilities or are complex. Just a helpful pointer for you, you can leave it as is if you want.

Ice Over:
When using Kai, is it treated as a B Rank Genjutsu or is something else used to determine a succesful Kai?

Ice Beam:
So when the beam hits, it bursts out and freezes?

Ice Skin:
What rank of elemental, or non-elemental, jutsu would break the armor? Or of what type?

Ice Sculpture:
Personally I would just add this into the previous jutsu of its sort and make it variable rank with a note about the capabilities of each rank, saves space and makes things more concise, but maybe that's just me.

Ice Clone:
Can the clone use its own body as ice for clan jutsu? For example, could it form its arm into a bladed weapon with the use of Ice Formation?

Ice Scope:
Add a clause that A Rank techniques cannot be increased to S Rank, and S Rank cannot be increased. S Rank's are a whole new ball game with power levels since the site is using them as they truly are, forbidden techniques of immense power.

Ice Aura:
Is this a passive jutsu? If so, how much chakra is consumed each post it is active?

Ice Transformation:
What about Raiton techniques? Lightning is much more potentially harmful to ice than fire.

Strength of the Samurai:
Blindfolded:
These both seem like jutsu from a Martial Style.

Debuff:
Please add a clause that the jutsu cannot affect increases added by jutsu that are a higher rank than Debuff. Also, does the jutsu require contact as regular Kai does to effect other persons?

Stifle:
It's been commented on before, but it appears to me as a form of Fuuinjutsu. The reversal and creation of seals is strictly belong to Fuuinjutsu. However, if you want to maintain the effect, you could alter the jutsu to strike at markings on the body that resemble a seal and remove a few images with contact, thus destroying the seal.

Anchor Ice:
How quickly does this effect occur?

Brain Freeze:
Genjutsu works by sending chakra into the nervous system, so it doesn't interfere with your actual chakra system, so I don't see how this jutsu would function in halting Genjutsu. Its a common misunderstanding, but Leafninja.com states that Genjutsu invades the nervous system, not the chakra system.

Ice Ball Formation:
D Rank, it alters another technique very simply, not worth a C Rank price tag. Normally the 'no D Rank elemental jutsu' rule would apply, but its a modification so it seems fine by me to be a lower rank.

Ice into Water:
I feel very iffy about this technique...command of ice doesn't translate into an ability to change its form, that would be something different, and I think I know what you'd want to do with a technique like that. Turn the ice to water, they sink in, refreeze, and then use Ice jutsu to kill them while they're stuck in it, am I right?

Freeze Dry:
I think I'm right Katy smile

Ice Wave:
I don't get it, you're refreezing ice?

Ice Vision:
This is iffy as well, does this include jutsu chakra or just an individual? Do they have to be on the ice for a certain period of time before this jutsu works, or is it instant with contact? Ex. A mole burst from the ground and through the ice, would you sense it?

Curse of the Tundra:
The only way I could approve this is if the effect only worked while in contact with the ice and if they were within a certain radius from the user, otherwise it's just like a nearly unavoidable chakra seal. I mean nearly unavoidable, like I can't think of way to dodge the ice if certain jutsu were used in certain ways short of a giant fireball...

Black Ice:
How does the ice do this? There's an explanation for what it does, but not an explanation for how it does this.

Freezing Rain:
I'm fairly certain putting ice into a cloud wouldn't cause it to rain, but I have no interest in meteorology, I'll go look it up or something later...

Ice Regeneration:
5% for each use, no matter how damaging the effect is? Add three tiers or something, light damage, medium damage, and heavy damage, because reforming an entire body, chakra system, and nervous system is iffy enough, let alone with so light a chakra penalty, regardless of the cost of the prerequisite technique. Just using the technique would kill your chakra anyhow, since its S Rank, so where does excess chakra exist to heal yourself?

I'll get to the Kenjutsu later, I want a sandwhich...

Touch of the Dead - Elaborated.

Chakra Freeze - WHOLE Chakra system. So in Aokiji's case, if he can hit you with the CHakra Freeze tech, the average shinobi will be unable to use 20% of their chakra for 2 posts.

Shoyoukken - I thought I removed Shoyoukken... can you still see it?

Tundra Awakening - I wouldn't imagine it would contain Doton, though it will have some effect on its use just because it will separate the user from his earth medium... Elaborated.

Ice Bramble - I was kinda imagining like... a pine tree effect, with the main trunk spike extending 5ft and then all the other spikes being gradually smaller around it. Only the main spike is 5ft, the rest of it makes up the bramble. I wouldn't assume it can be amplified with further chakra and still be considered 'C' ranked.

Ice Wall - In a place like Amegakure, there is water and moisture of plenty. In these environments, areal walls can be created, but if not, then it isn't possible to use it mid-air.
Also, the technique itself states that it can stand up to most techniques of its own rank, regardless of how thick it is. Its only 5 feet and for a defensive tech, it is hardly large enough for a genin to huddle behind, let alone the 6'8'' Aokiji.

Breathe of the Ice Giant - I try to use the term 'frozen over' as a way to state external freezing... I would assume that one could literally look at themselves and see the frost going on their body... so I'll say if they are in it for more then one post, that should be plenty of time to jump out of a 15meter area. elaborated.

Ice Formation - Tweeked it

Ice Over - I would assume that any Kai would work, not based on any scale, just using Kai. Like a hidden weakness. Of course, one would most likely have to KNOW to try it in order to do so, or see it happening.

Ice Beam - It's like... a firehose of frost that freezes things on contact... Like an ice L@z0r

Ice Skin - Chakra based attacks can't be blocked with the 'Ice skin' technique, as is. Thus a single attack will break it.

Ice Sculpture - Its kinda in a league of its own in that it takes more control and can make larger and more elaborate things.

Ice Clone - I wouldn't imagine that it could use itself for its own attacks, no

Ice Scope - Removed that when I removed shoyuuken.

Ice Aura - Tweek w/details

Ice Transformation - Lightning wouldn't knock them out of the phase. It may do more damage, but doesn't have the same potential.

Strength of the Samurai:
Blindfolded: - Ehh... they aren't styles they are just abilities, something someone can do, not necessarily a collection or application of those abilities.

Debuff + Stifle - Removed for concepts sake, lol...

Anchor Ice - Fast enough that if they dont evade they will get hit by it, just like anything else.

Brain Freeze - Okay... do I changed one word, so that any effects genjutsu has on ones chakra is halted, not on the senses. So illusion will work as normally but any abstract effects of invading chakra on ones chakra will be stopped/frozen.

Ice into Water - Honestly I dont think I would be able to spawn enough ice to create a flood like effect when it is water, it was just something I thought was useful. If I can manipulate ice I can change it's shape, but the second it becomes water I can no longer manipulate it. Something like that will have to be very strategic. I was thinking of it as more of a utility then a strategic weapon as I have many other ways that are alot easier in my opinion.

Ice Wave - Its like... extending the range of existing Ice. For example, the 'Tundra Awakening' works for like 15meters radius, Ice Wave if used after that would cause the Ice to expand beyond that radius, but as stated wont envelope objects that stand above ground level like trees and people. Makes existing Ice expand.

Ice Vision - Using the Mole example, yes, I would sense it with the Ice as a medium... Soo... dont touch ice! lol

Curse of Tundra - Hehe, and what radius would you subscribe?

Black Ice - Okay, I'll explain it here first before applying it to the actual app...

Freezing chakra has the ability to 'freeze' chakra momentarily by turning it into freezing chakra on contact. Freezing Chakra is only manipulatable by a Kuzan clan member, so it becomes useless for the 2 post thaw time. If their is 'freezing chakra' using ice that is attached to an opponent, then when they channel chakra, they are moving more chakra that is frozen, becoming freezing chakra, and expanding the ice. This creates a cycle where more of the opponent chakra is frozen into 'freezing chakra' and thus extending the ice on the opponent, thus freezing more of their chakra when they next channel it.

Freezing Rain - This is how I understand it...

-The ice forces the clouds to compact... the colder something is, the more compact it becomes
-Compacted cloud vapor becomes water, as the 'fog' of clouds is compacted into droplets, and fall from the sky. HOWEVER, because of the altitude, the pressure isn't great enough to support freezing, and thus they remain a super cooled liquid... aka, liquid that is under the freezing point and not frozen.
-When the droplet land on ground, and stops moving, it immediately freezes, because it was already under the freezing limit.

Ice Regen - will be changed in the near future.

I am still very iffy on this jutsu because the sensing is fairly difficult to get around because of the high potential to create a large area of ice...

Curse of Tundra:
If its invisible, like most chakra is, then a 35ft radius around the user seems fair enough, its large so that most opponents who want to land any melee attacks will have to step in but not far enough so that opponents who are aware of the area couldn't avoid it.

I don't know how many meters that is...I'm only half European, I'm only half metric >_>

Freezing Rain:
I have no concept of meteorology, so I'm just going to assume it works...

When you've finished tinkering with Ice Regen and whatever else you're wanting to tweak, I'll give it a final look or two and then try to move on to the Kenjutsu and what-not.

Ice vision - Hahaha, well yeah thats generally the idea xD! Having techniques that are complimented by other techniques...

Curse of Tundra - haha okay, 35ft it is.

And the only reason I think in meters is because I run track... So I just think of things in terms of how fast I can get from point 'A' to point 'B'.

Ice Regen - I put a pretty broad example of 'tiering' into the actual regen.

Unless you're hitting the attack with the blade hilt, wouldn't you slice clean through some things? If you're using this on a flying log, it'd be cut in half before it could rebound, since i've never heard of chakra being used to dull a blade so it CANT cut.

Flying Guillotine:
I'm sure it was intended as a creative description, but be aware that higher ranking defenses, A or S, would be able to endure, unscathed, the attack of this technique. On a side note, I like guillotines.

Spelling/Grammar:
You'll probably want to check your jutsu, I can see quite a few errors in your jutsu that would be embarrassing for a Kage to have on their application for everyone to see... Razz

Ice Tags:
D Rank, it's basically an exploding tag with ice instead of an explosion. If it was C you'd need to have Weaponry (Misc.) to have it anyhow, so you definitely want it to be D Rank on your app.

Hilt of Mihawk:
Forming the blade with jutsu would make it whatever rank of jutsu was used, so making an S Rank ice blade would consume an S Rank amount of chakra, i'd be very wary about having only an S Rank form, it'd be more useful as variable rank so that you can change it to whatever amount is needed. (Note: It's not really variable rank right now, it would be E (S), not E-S)

Paper Drawing:
If the body is limp, please add a note that while the technique is active, attacks cannot be made since the body would be unable to respond in this state.

Moon Step:
Is this performed by jumping on the air or forcefully using the body muscles to make another powerful kicking motion? Jumping on air would require Fuuton and the other would be harmful to the legs after being performed.

Storm Leg:
That kind of chakra control would be beyond C Rank, please change to B.

Finger Gun:
You shove your finger into someone with chakra, that's fine, but how far does it puncture and how do you get your finger out if you hit a bone or muscle (which is likely)? Those sorts of thing would resist letting your finger slide out very well because a C Rank technique cant make a clean enough hole to avoid that.

Shave:
Extra Shushin, no limit on quantity...I really can't think of a place to start with that...

Iron Mass:
Definitely Medical Ninjutsu, Taijutsu/Kenjutsu/etc. can use chakra to enhance damage or speed or endurance, but when you use chakra to alter the properties of your own body, that's medical.

Razor:
See Shave

Utsugi:
How is this down? Do you block with your hands, feet, weapon, etc.? In what manner? Any special position or hand signs involved?

Iron Mass Advancements:
See Iron Mass

Zero Gun:
You'll have to exclude S Rank Katon and Raiton defenses since both of these would completely destroy ice with sheer heat and energy, especially as S Rank jutsu.

Rebound Slash - Well thats actually the idea, is that the chakra makes it more of a blunt object-esk swing, almost like a Baseball bat effect? Anyway, There are situations where physically sending something back isn't possible, or sending back a small part of an attack wont stop then majority of it. Such would be implemented with logic, as I'd assume.

Hilt of Milhawk - I meant that it is considered 'S' ranked when completed, not that it is made into 'S' rank... perhaps I should just call it 'S' rank in general, but the hilt itself has few uses. Haha...

Moon Step - Its more like... just pushing chakra out from the arch of the foot, has nothing to do with wind or a kicking motion. Its focused enough to be a 'C' ranked technique but in the same sense doesn't require any shaping. Just a short burst for alittle air hop.

Storm Leg - 'B' rankified

Shave - Yeah I know... I'm changing it completely. Its apart of the whole concept but I didn't know how to implement it so I just tossed it in there.

Iron Mass - The idea was that the muscles weren't changed, but rather, that the muscles acted as a medium for the chakra defense... like a samurai's armor. I'll alter the description because the way I described it and the way I imagined it is very different.
