Now, you may be wondering about the above, well, its part of the event in place for the first week of the New Year. You may choose an egg, and post here stating which egg you'll be taking, and that egg will hatch into one of twelve special pets that you will be able to use afterwards. After picking an egg, the egg is available to your RP character (how you obtain it is up to you) and then you will be tasked with hatching it.
Hatching an egg requires a 3000 word topic, and you may be thinking 'That's way to much!' and thats precisely the point. This word count is split evenly among those in the topic, meaning if you have three people each only has to 1000 words over the course of the topic. When you've reached the word count, please PM a Staff member and they will post in your topic and describe the egg hatching and then present you with your pet's information.
Note, the description of the egg has little or nothing to do with what's inside the egg, it just describes the eggs external appearance. Once an egg is taken, then it's taken off the list. You may trade eggs or pets in-RP if you so wish.

| Also, I forgot to clarify, even if you do not currently have an approved character you may still claim and egg, though the rules for posting without an approved character still apply. This will prevent you from rushing an application through approval, and it should also alleviate your worries that you might not get an egg, or the egg you want, due to being stuck in the approval process. | |
